You experience a screen which looks similar to the image below detailing that "this program cannot display the webpage". This issue means the computer you are trying to access FiXi from cannot access the server files stored and hosted by the server computer.
Cause/Resolution
This issue means the computer you are trying to access FiXi from cannot access the server files stored and hosted by the server computer. There are two possible reasons you receive this error:
- Ensure the FiXi service is running on the server computer.
To try to resolve this issue: - Try restarting the server computer
OR - On the server computer select START > Programs > FiXi > Stop Server
- On the server computer select START > Programs > FiXi > Start Server
- The IP address you are providing to the server computer does not exist.
